Risk Assessments

Risk Assessments

All users can look at their risks in the report however if you are a professional or business user you may wish to further amend your risk outcomes, adjust actions and and create a treatment plan.

A risk assessment is an editing/mastering step between completing an assessment and producing a report.

To access the Risk Assessment:

  1. Select Risk Assessment from the left assessment navigation panel.
  2. If it is the first time you are viewing the risk profile Select View Your Risks now
  3. You can view all risks or Select a Risk Rating to view risks which have been assigned that rating
  4. Here you can review the key findings that contributed towards the current risk rating.
  5. You can also adjust the current risk rating to suit the organisations needs (significant step changes are not recommended)

For each risk you can also:

  1. Assign a treatment plan
  2. Edit the actions that will be undertaken (note this does not update the underlying assessment but is carried through to the final associated reports)
  3. Set a target risk rating

7 - If you have decided to Take Action: Select the actions you plan to implement. These actions will be the ones that will now show in the report. Other actions will remain in the assessment but no longer be available in the report. Any new actions you add here will only be available here and not be in the assessment.
