Create Email Templates to Use When Sharing Assessments

Create your own customised email templates so that your communications are consistent and effective.

When sharing an assessment:

You can choose whether to send an email when you give a user access or just send them the link to the assessment.

You can select up to 2 email templates. One for the initial email and one for the follow-up email.

To Create an Email Template

  1. Log into your account .
  2. Select Company Settings.
  3. Select Email Templates.
  4. Select New Email Template.
  5. Type name, description and subject and adjust content to meet needs.
  6. Select Save

Email template is saved and now shows in the list of available templates.

Emails can be previewed in the screen when viewing the contents of the email template.

Use the template provided to personalise the email with your name and other details.
