Tagging Notes

Adding notes to an answer allows you to add more context to your assessments.

You can also tag notes to make them reportable.

There are four ways you can tag a note.

All notes can be added to reports.

  1. Flagged - Use this flag for any purpose.
  2. Key Finding - Notes flagged as a key finding will automatically be added to the key findings in your reports. Use this for critical information that relates to the answer provided.
  3. Comments - Use this flag for any purpose.
  4. Confidential - Use this flag if you wish to keep some notes private when you run reports for stakeholders.

To flag a note:

  1. Type your note.
  2. Select a flag.
  3. Select Create Note.
