Actions are automatically created and available for you to review in the actions section.
You can delink actions and/create you own custom actions.
To view and edit actions:
- Open a control assessment question.
- View actions on the right side navigation panel
- Type a custom action and select Add Action

If these actions don't suit your specific needs it is easy to unlink the actions and create your own custom actions.
- Simply go to a question and select actions.
- View the action and decide if the suggested action work for you.
- If not create your own action and select the unlink button next to existing action to delink it from the question.
- Your new action will now be shown in reports.
- You can use the report table filter to filter actions by keyword.
