Creating and Managing Assets

Ensure  you have a clear view of assets to protect by categorising assets into four  key types: Information, Technology, Physical and Organisational then tag them  with pre-defined sub-types.

• Create assets from pre-defined commonly used technology assets.
• Search and filter all assets from main page.
• Import or Export your asset list.

To create a new asset:

1. Type the name of the asset
2. Categorise the asset.

Advanced

• Create an alias name for the asset.
• Add a detailed description.
• Assign an asset owner.
• Create custom asset groups.
