Add a Team Member to Account

To add team members to an account:

1. Go to Company on the left navigation bar
2. Select Team
3. Under Team select New Team Member+
4. Complete details
5. Select Save

Tip:

Ensure you use the correct capitalisation when adding a users email address.

Account Status When Adding a New User

Unclaimed accounts

When you add a new user to your account you will see a button that says "unclaimed" appear.  This means that this user has not yet logged on to the platform.  This button will disappear once a user logs in.
