Archiving a Document

Archiving a Document

When a document becomes aged and should no longer be used in future assessments you should archive the document.

To archive the document:

  • Go to Documents
  • Search and find the document
  • Select Edit
  • Select Classification/Archive

This document will no longer appear in the list of available documents to link to an assessment.

Note: The document will remain attached to previous assessments where it have been linked. You can see the assessments the document is linked to under the drop down called "Usage in Assessments".
