Managing Access to Assessments

In the Assuredly platform, Administrators can manage who has access to assessments.  

When you share an assessment for another person they get access to:

  • The assessment page with all the questions

For each question they can:

  • Answer the question
  • View the more information guidance
  • View and edit action
  • View and edit notes
  • View and edit evidence
  • View related standards

How to Invite Someone to an Assessment

To invite someone to contribute to an assessment follow these steps:

1. In your company’s home page select Assessments

2. Select the Assessment you want to share.

3. In the top right corner, select the Share button

4. Enter the details of the user you want to share the assessment with (Full Name and Email Address)

To see if a user has been successfully added to an assessment you can either:

a. Check the Share this Assessment page and see that the user has now been added as a guest

b. View the user in the Team page by selecting Home, then selecting Company, then selecting Team and scrolling down to Assessment Contributors.

 How To remove a User from an Assessment

There are two ways of going about this:

1) In the Team page

  • Under Assessment Contributors select the edit button next to the user you want to remove.
  • In the User Details page select Remove and Update User. This will remove the user from that assessment.

Note: On this page, you can also edit the Users Name, Email and Phone.

  • Select the x next to the user you want to remove from the assessment.
